I've been looking for a suit for a couple of weeks and have been disappointed by the service nearly everywhere I've been. I walked into Macy's and there was no sales person to be seen. I went to Men's Wearhouse and no one took the time to even say hello. I went to Dillard's and had a good customer service experience, but found the suits to be a bit too steep for what I was looking to spend. It was only on a whim that I decided to try Joseph A Bank. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mimi, a very warm and welcoming department manager for the store. She quickly made me feel comfortable, found out what I needed, and helped me find the perfect suit at a very reasonable price. She was able to get me fitted, mark the suit for tailoring, and complete my purchase in under half an hour. I left feeling not only like a valued customer but like a customer who got a great value.
