CPM is nothing but a constant headache...they are full of empty promises and careless attitudes. Their website indicates "CAST IN STONE PATTI AND BRIAN PERSONALLY GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION", yet after complaining countless times that we were less than satisfied with their services (for many reasons: incorrect budgets, inaccurate information on the portal, failure to advise of scheduled maintenance, lack of oversight on landscaping, pool maintenance, etc.), they offered no remedy, but did elect to issue an email to the entire community full of excuses; Brian Lincks, President of CPM, can't even be bothered to return a phone call after several attempts to rectify mistakes made by his employees. This company is a joke and it's clear it all starts from the top.
