When we got there the downstairs lobby was very nice. Everyone was friendly and nice.
We were there this past weekend for a football game (steelers vs kc). There were 6 people to save money we decided to share a room. The room we got had a pull out couch. Well we pulled it out and closed it. It was hard a rock, and supper thin. Well we were pre paired we had a air mattress. Ok cool! The following morning I'm the first up to shower. Now the hotel knew there were 6 people there Wes's only towels for 4, we called and got more. When I went in to turn the shower on the handle came off in my hand. So on the phone with front desk to have someone fix it. The beds were hard and there wasn't enough blankets. Just not happy with the hotel.
