Came in for a brow tint and left looking like Groucho Marx. The person opted for an inky black colour to 'match' my blonde hair and already light Eyebrows so now it looks like I use black permanent marker as my eyebrow pencil.
This position requires someone who doesn't have the grace of a bull in a china shop. All of the make up was smeared off my face because it was used as a hand rest and knocked while the service was performed. I don't know how this place keeps opening new locations...
Pro tip: do not let them give you a touch up with powder after your services because the brushes are NOT cleaned between clients.
