Earlier this week I completed my purchase of a beautiful used 2012 Jaguar from Acura North Scottsdale. The car is gorgeous and it is a delight to drive. And as good as the car is, the purchase experience with Rob Rossi was even better.
Like many people I enjoy the process of looking at cars and test driving them, but often dread the purchase experience. Too often you start with a deal that is one sided in favor of the dealer, and have to tediously claw your way back into a fair deal. Not so with Rob Rossi and this purchase experience. We started negotiations with a somewhat reasonable deal and within 15 minutes and a little back and forth we were on the same page and I got a great deal. No tricks, no dramatic undervaluing of my trade, no salesman "word tracks"...just a straightforward and pleasant purchase experience.
Rob was very familiar with the Jaguar I purchased and carefully explained every detail of the car during the delivery process. Even better, he invited me back the next day so he could personally take me over to the Jaguar dealer to introduce me to the service advisors there.
This was a straightforward, honest and efficient purchase experience and Rob earned my trust. I look forward to dealing with him in the future.
