Total SCAM. They did a complete bait and switch. The listing agent, Cara Martinez, pressured me into applying for a home under the premise that there is a $250 pet deposit for my pair of pets. After the application was approved I was told that the pet deposit is $250 per pet by Dave, the property manager. Dave even acknowledged that the listing agent, Cara, told me $250 for the pair and was unwilling remove the additional fee. We had to put a $200 ernest deposit to the house upon applying and now they're saying because the application was approved the ernest deposit is not refundable. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE!!! Dave never responded called us like he was supposed to and we had to call multiple times despite him saying he will call us back. The whole lot of them are liars and thieves and they will bleed you dry. *******MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO READ ABOUT THEM ON WWW.BBB.ORG. THERE IS A LAUNDRY LIST OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM AND BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, THEY'RE ALL TRUE. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT RENTING OR BUYING FROM THEM!
