So while getting Fantastic service getting my new iPhone 8 the store arranged for a Direct TV person to come out to the house. I told them that I tried 2 years ago but we had to many trees that blocked the signal. The said that changes in Technology may allow for a placement. So I arranged for them to come out to check. When the Tech showed up I informed him I just wanted to know where he was going to place the Dish at. He then got mad and started yelling I don't do consultations I just do installations and grabbed his phone and yelled I am calling my dispatcher. He was so mad that I became concern that he was going to hurt me. After him hanging out front for 15 minutes he left. A week later I received a Bill from Direct TV for my first month! I called Direct TV and it took the CSR 10 minutes just to get my last name correct. After that she said, yes you do have an account with us! I explained everything to her and had her supervisor on the line and they said nothing to worry about they would take it off.
