UPS sucks! Too many times have they misdelivered my package to someone else or just dropped it at a location for me to pick up! What the hell is the point of shipping if you are just going to have the customer be inconvenienced in picking up? I wasn't even given a notice that a package was left for pick up. I found out by tracking the package. I called this UPS store twice to make sure the package is there before making my trip out and the female that works there was saying there isn't a package for me. Then I go there this morning just to make sure and the first thing the stupid lady says to me is that there is no package for me to pick up! She didn't ask for my name! Wtf? I then question her "Are you sure because the tracking says it's here!?" She says, "No, no package." As she's saying "no" to me, I glaze over the back of the store and sure enough - there's my package! I tell her "that's it right there!" She tries to proceed to tell me "No, I don't see it." I'm like "nope that's mine. My last name is right on the package!" Omg!!! What a freakin idiot! I bet you they never even made the attempt to deliver. UPS, you suck!!!!
