I came in the other night for some tacos a few appetizers and a beer. All the food was delicious but the rice came out cold. I asked the server about it and she said she would heat it up. It came out yet again, cold. I was confused... I asked the server about it and she walked away rudely saying she'll get it taken off the bill without trying to correct anything. Some lady in charge walked over and said that's how it's prepared. If the server would of said that from the beginning it would of made sense but she apparently didn't know the menu. NOW, back to the lady in charge... I wasn't even upset.. the rice was still good just cold... I let her know the situation and all she could say is " well...that's why I'm over here now to let you know" it was all with attitude. Great food doesn't taste very well with terrible service.
