I'm writing this review as I'm waiting for my car to get my tires changed. I booked an appointment 5 days ago for today(Monday) at 10:30 am. Showed up on time and there were a lot of people that just showed up without an appointment. I asked the lady how long it will take to change the tires, she said two hours. Two hours to change my freaking tires after booking an appointment? WTF is the point of booking an appointment if you're going to make me wait 2 hours.
The worst part is that it is 12:53 pm right now which is over two hours. I asked for an updated and the guy told me another half hour. This place is terrible with customer service and the only reason I ever come here is because the tires come with a free tire change. Active Green and Ross is probably the worst place for service. They try to scam you like most mechanics by telling you that your car has problems when it doesn't.
Don't come here if you can. I don't even think that the free tire change is worth the 3 hour wait.
