I'm not one to write a review after just one bad experience. Generally, I like to give the person, or company the benefit of the doubt, because we all have bad days. But, this new management company (Pinnacle Management), at Mountain Gate and Mountain Trails, with whom I've had several encounters with as a resident (resident for 2 years), are SO discourteous, and disingenuous....whether its in person, or on the phone. Besides the general customer service, that doesn't exist at this apartment complex, don't bother to file a complaint if you have one, because it will surely never be taken care of.
