I'll start by saying, I have heard great things about this shops work. They do a good job with the work and fabrication they do as far as I can tell. Other than that I had a nightmare trying to work with this shop.
*They kept raising their price on a lift/install throughout the day.
*Many of the employees were rude and had attitudes, openly making remarks at me.
*They didn't listen to anything I said I wanted and actually started adding things to my work order without my consent.
*They tried to add re-stock fees for those parts I never ordered through them.
Overall, the customer service was the worst I've experienced. Like others have mentioned, unless you are spending some serious money, don't bother with this shop as they really don't care if they have your business or not.
