This review is long overdue and unfortunately I will never be coming back to this CPA firm. When I think of this office, I think all they want to do is suck more money out of me. CPA's, attorney's, and bookkeepers should always be people of trust and service. I did not find that here.
This firm took over the previous company whom I worked with and had a very long business relationship with. Dealing with Mr. Hall proved to be a relationship of how many hours I could get billed for without noticing, hard to get a hold of, losing my tax documents and sending them to someone else and constantly sending me e-mails to book tax preparation when I told them I was no longer interested in using there firm. They claim they provide value, but that value is useless when return calls go ignored for days and they did not do there due diligence when retained for other services.
I hate giving negative reviews, but this left a very bad taste for me and my co-workers that we will never recommend this firm to anyone. Please do your homework and know they are probably double the price of most comparable CPA's that I unfortunately realized after my bad experience. Never again.
