I came last Wednesday for the eyelash perm service. I have to say I'm very disappointed overall. The place offers every service under the sun so you have to wonder how good they are. Jack of all trades, master of none. I told the person that I wanted a natural look. Needless to say the result is an over curled, frizzy mess. She left the solution on my lashes for a total of fifty minutes which burned my lash hair. No joke they are frizzy and look dry and dead. Everyday a bunch of them fall out and at this point I just want all of them to fall out and for new ones to come in. I should have known that leaving a chemical solution on your eye for 50 minutes isn't a good idea. I'm very upset and will never get them permed again, let alone come to this place. Live and learn.
