** Update **
Even though I dislike this dealership, i saw a car that REALLY interested me in their website. I went there to look at it hoping not to be bothered by a salesperson.
The car wasn't there. I thought maybe it was sold. I had no choice but to contact a sales person. They told me that the car I was interested isn't in their lot, it's on a different Russ Darrow lot. I pulled out my phone and showed them their own website, with the car, being listed as being at the Madison east side location. He nasty saleswoman said, "I understand, but what I'm telling YOU, is that the car isn't here". She proceeded to try and engage me in what kind of car I'm looking for. I pointed to the photo on my phone, and walked out.
If that's not bait and switch, I don't know what is. Avoid this place like you avoid herpes. It just doesn't seem to get any better.
