and I had to put the legs on myself... The screws wee stripped and the tool was stripped.. Totally impossible. You need to have your own tools and a power drill if u are gonna order from here. I ended up with my hammer and nails trying to make this work. The couch was lumpy... you have to be careful where u sit or it feels like your sitting on a rock or lump or spring... haven't even tried to let anyone sleep on it cuz its a "sleeper". I would of been better off going to the goodwill. :/
This is an update. 10-3-16. I left an honest review. Although I removed the photo of the springs coming through the bottom.. The store owner sent me a video saying he could sue me for my honest bad review.. I also since then hurt myself on it as it collapsed during a nap. I would be happy to go to court. I have never heard an apology just the threat. I will continue to screenshot and update.
