I plan corporate meetings and events and needed to find a caterer in Charlotte even though I live and work in California. Queen City Catering is a great choice for a corporate lunch or dinner meeting. We had placed our original order (BBQ) a week ahead of time for our customer and then had the event cancelled the day before. I called QCC and spoke with Shannon about cancelling...bad news for me...they had started cooking our order already...bummer.
Good news was this - my field rep suggested surprising another customer office with the lunch instead. I called Shannon back, frantically, and asked if we could change the delivery address on the order to a location much further away, she said no problem!
Great customer service, willing to work with you - just keep in mind that when you order BBQ, they start cooking it the day before the event. Would definitely use them again.
