I don't recommend using them as a breast pump vendor. More than a month after I placed my order I received a vm to call them and was transferred to 3 different departments because they were saying they needed an authorization from my doctor (NOT my insurance) to place the order. Both my insurance and doctor said this wasn't necessary. As a result, I had to cancel my order and use a different vendor. Good thing I started this process early, or I would have been without a pump with a newborn. Not something you want to deal with when you're having a baby!
