GOODYEAR AUTO SERVICE CENTER HAS EARNED A CUSTOMER (ACTUALLY TWO) FOR LIFE FOR THEIR HONESTY AND EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE.
I want to commend GOODYEAR AUTO SERVICE CENTER in Scottsdale on Buterus Drive and staff for their excellent service, and doing what;s right for their customer.
You can always tell how good a business or company is when a PROBLEM ARISES, and how quickly that company responds with a solution and SOLVES THE PROBLEM...Everyone is on an even playing field when things are running smoothly.
My wife had an issue with her Mitsubishi Eclipse a couple of months ago, when her car died. Goodyear diagnosed the problem as needing a new fuel pump, and installed the pump.
A couple of days later the car would not start & the car had to be towed back to Goodyear.
Goodyear Auto Service Center fixed the problem and PAID FOR THE TOWING.
Just yesterday the same issue happened. The car died & had to be towed later in the afternoon.
I called them the following morning, and they diagnosed the problem as a defective fuel pump and said it was covered under warranty.
Goodyear had the car fixed the following afternoon by 5:00 PM and informed us that the fuel pump was shorted out by a faulty relay switch which was another brand (Hyundai) other than Mitsubishi.
There was NO CHARGE for the service, including the relay switch and towing.
This is above and beyond what most auto repair businesses would do for a customer, as the problem was initiated by a part that was not covered undr warranty.
I would reccommend them to friends and family, as well as anyone looking for a HONEST, QUALITY auto repair and maintainence facility.
