Firstly, I have to say he people working here are very pleasant and upbeat.
However, I come to this Starbucks about every Friday morning at 5am so it isn't busy. I use my mobile app so i should be able to just run in and pick it up. However this is never the case. What happens EVERY time is this, I walk up to the pick up station and the worker asks if I have a mobile order, I say yes and they say "ok it'll be just a few mins". Really?! I ordered from my house it should be waiting especially since it's 5AM! I order from the store on Ray and mc clintock and my drink is ALWAYS waiting for me no matter how busy they are. I will not be back to this location.
