FIRST...I am only posting one star because I do not have the option of giving Dr. Cash ZERO stars!! I wish I had done more research on Dr. Cash before I had not only one but two surgeries from him. I relied solely on my doctor that referred him to me. When I told my referring Doctor how I was treated and the botched job Dr. Cash did my doctor was astounded. Yes, Dr. Cash has a nice office but that speaks nothing for the treatment!! My first appointment started with several x-rays. Then I lay on the table and he performs a series of leg moves and says you need SI Joint fusion surgery. Then he asks which side hurts the worst. I said my right and then they schedule surgery. I follow all the post op directions (keep in mind I'm not new at wound care as this was my 10th back surgery - first with Dr. Cash). I went back a couple days later telling him I have a fever and the wound was yellow and warm...he says all my patients look like that it's normal. Still not getting any better I go back and he says the same thing..it's normal. About a week later the wound isn't better so I go to urgent care. They do a couture and tell me it's a staph infection. Dr. Cash still denies there's anything wrong. Skip forward a bit and I'm still not getting the relief I was supposed to. So he says we need to do surgery on the other side now which was 3 months later. Oddly I experience the exact same thing with the incision not healing. This was my back surgery #11 (2nd with Dr. Cash and both of his got a staph infection). Let's skip forward another 6 weeks and I still am in pain so I do a CT scan. That reveals that his first SI fusion is coming loose after 6 months. He doesn't know why I'm still in pain!!! Do your research!!!! Make sure that Dr. Cash is the right doctor for you and DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! Not to mention their billing department is a nightmare but that's a whole other story!!!!
