Recently left this company for poor service. I used then for approximately six months as work was really busy and wanted to spend extra time with my family rather than yard work. I cut my lawn down to a one, keep my bushes very tight and either pull weeds or spray them so they die. I agreed to the initial $200 clean up fee as it was a condition of service and then paid $60 monthly. They barely touch the lawn or the bushes. I know that they are trying to reduce the trimmings they take with them but he's my head went from a one to a four and the bushes grew insanely huge. The Nieto crew barely does anything. Their service is just not worth the expense.
