What a clever name!
I've seen these guys work in pairs or as many as a team of 4 or 5. They hustle! Last week at the Food Truck Friday event, there was a super long line for their tacos. Side note, it was one of those nights that it paid to eat dessert first from Sticks and Cones to hold me over while waiting to order. Once I got up to the front, I was greeted with a friendly smile as if I were their very first customer.
Their tacos are made fresh to order. You get two in a corn tortilla with a side. I typically get their jalapeño rice and it's tasty. They also offer spicy pickled veggies and if you like a kick, you'll definitely get that. The tacos are good with their own special combinations and spins. I tried the scallop and cauliflower special last time and while creative, I decided cauliflower doesn't quite fit in tacos for my liking. Hubs ordered the veggie tacos and enjoyed each bite.
