Terrible and unsafe. This hotel lacks even rudimentary security, per the manager. The hallways do not have video cameras at all, at night the maintenance guy is security and if he's busy--tough. I ended up laying on the hallway floor for an hour hoping someone would unlock the door because a man down the hall violently tried to kick in his door. When I tried to make sense of this, the front desk said security told her not to help me (a disabled person with trouble walking) unless my life was in danger. Which means somebody knew I was there via camera and did nothing. I next lodged a complaint and heard from the manager days later. (The night of this incident I was told there was no manager available anywhere at 6pm, which isn't credible). She then told me they don't have a security system. No hallway cameras. Nothing. If that's true, it's appalling. If that's a lie, it's appalling. Plenty of hotels in downtown Cleveland, choose carefully ....
