I stayed here as one of two places on a vacation with my girlfriend utilizing AirBnB. We stayed in the second Ice Condo building on a high floor, while still in a later phase of construction. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of the entertainment district. We were able to walk to pretty much everything in Toronto, or hop in a trolley or train which is conveniently located a few blocks away. Soon the PATH underground trail system will make its way to this building, even more expanding walk-ability options for Ice Condos. The view from the balcony was quite nice. CN tower and majority of downtown as a background to your home. A high floor is a must for the view. Primary clientele of this building is young to mid 20's. Elevators were constantly packed with people going out or in for parties. Not somewhere i would want to live at this point in time of my life, but really not a disturbance for a few days while vacationing. I would be interested in seeing what this place looks like once construction is completed. We were unable to utilize any of the amenities due to the construction, but the final plan looks quite nice.
