We purchased a house that already had the solar panels installed by Sunrun, so we were pretty much forced to keep the existing contract. The house was purchased last May. We have had nothing but trouble with the system under performing. They keep sending someone out to "fix" the problem, but it never gets fixed. Our power bill this month was $315.00! This is ridiculous! They have had a company come out twice in the last three weeks to look at the problem, but have heard nothing back. Big deal that you give us $70 back once a year because your system is underperforming! What a joke! Steer clear of this company. They are a total ripoff. Unfortunately we are stuck paying for the solar panels due to the previous owner buying them. It wouldn't be so bad if they actually worked! I would give this company zero stars, but it won't allow me to do so.
