My experience was actually not terrible. I did wait for a little before I was seen, but I feel that happens at any doctors appointment. The only complaint I have so far is the turnaround time on getting my glasses. My appointment was on Saturday, March 21st. I just called to check on my glasses and the woman who answered said she looked, but didn't see them and that she would have to call the lab. She said she would call me back. I will do another review of I don't hear back in a timely fashion, but I can't complain too much at this point.
