I am so sad! I wanted Halloween nails and this place had good reviews so I chose to go rockstar nails. I showed her what I wanted and she started on my full set. She removed my gel polish by filing my nails raw. She did not soak it off. I had gel polish on my regular nail so it's not like she was filing on acrylic nails. When she was done with my full set I was told they can't do the design I wanted. So o settled for what could be done. I showed the lady a clump of gel that settled at the tip of my nail. She asked if I wanted it fixed! Yes please!! Well all said and done I have lump nails and polish all under my nails and a sloppy spiderweb. After spending over 100.00 between my daughter and I now have to go pay someone else to get the nails I wanted. Wast of money.
