So I contacted this company last week to set up an appointment for them to come out and check out my wife's flooring in her beauty salon. We had assumed the flooring was some kind of acid wash on the concrete and we wanted it to shine a bit more. Low and behold we were told that our floor wasn't stained. It was a different type of floor coating which this company doesn't mess with. Instead of them leaving and just say sorry we can't help you. One of the guys Dmitry took his time to show me what we needed to do to get the floor to shine again. In addition he looked up some companies online for us to call and told us what to tell them so we wouldn't get ripped off and have to pay for more than we actual needed done. I figured I'd write a review about these guys because they took the time to help us at the expense of their time. They could of easily left and said see ya.... but they didn't. Very cool. Thank you.
