I went to the drive-thru a few times and they always seem to hire the dumest persons on earth. My orders always get mixed up, i never get what i order. Whenever i order a rootbeer i get tinted water with ice, because they dont check, if the bag is empty or not, they just handle whatever comes out of the machine. And when i do order a poutine, the person always forget to put in the ustencils.
I went inside for breakfast and it is a nightmare. They will take 20 orders and they wont give you your meal. They prefer charging more and more peoples instead of giving you your food so your can eat. I had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and this is not exageration i checked my watch. The chef d'équipe started to argue with me and the manager was there that morning. The manager had to tell her to shut up and stop arguing and she got me my coffee because the chef d'équipe was too busy ringing in my orders and aligning them on the already full of receipts counter.
