Worst experience! Spoke to owner on phone and promised to correct the issue of refunding my money and never called me back or refund the money. I paid online and visited the location 3 times to see what classes would be best as a newbie and not once was some one up front to talk to me even aftwr waiting up to 30 minutes on a visit. On 4th visit a rude girl up feont said My memberahip was no good and I lost the $100. Bad first experience and impression when it could have been fixed by allowing me to use the membership after a brief conversation or refund my monies but did neither. Sad thing is I was referred by an instructor.
