These people are not good to deal with. You should not expect to get your sec deposit back, because it will just go to fix the house on things that are wearing out, not that you broke. The people are rude at the office and the maintenance staff can care less. I rented off them for two years, and didn't have too many issues, but when I did, the reviews on line were right and they pretty much suck and treat you like a pile of crap. Just do a search... But if you like a house that they have for rent, you will get it anyways and then the fun begins. This is my own opinion, and is truthful to my experience with them. If you want to feel like a third class deadbeat person, you will be right at home dealing with them. As far as property managers, I can't comment on them. I think the receptionist is the only nice one there. HAPPY Renting!
