I have taken several cars to be serviced here. I have recommended this place many times. I will now look elsewhere for tint in the future.
Upon my recommendation, my wife had taken her car here. The job looked well done as usual and expected no issues just like in the past.
About 2 years goes by and her rear window has bubbled up. We call them for service under their warranty. They then tell us that it will be $100 for labor. It was only $175 for they whole car! We said this and the response was it was because they had to remove the the old tint.
I am no expert in window tinting but I have pulled tint off cars before and it is not difficult. I would expect a labor charge but not $100. I see this as not honoring their warranty and I WILL BE GLAD TO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE $100 to get this tint redone.
