We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass this past Saturday night and enjoyed dinner and breakfast at Ko'sin during our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the tile wall upon entry is absolutely stunning (we were still talking about it a few days later), the restaurant was comfortable, and the food was beautifully presented and quite tasty. For dinner, we enjoyed the tortilla soup (so delicious) and I had the pork entree (beautiful presentation, but not as flavorful as I was expecting). For breakfast, I had two eggs with bacon, potatoes and sourdough toast - nice breakfast, but nothing out of the ordinary. This restaurant is probably more 3 1/2 stars, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
