I really enjoy the quality of their product, the texture definitely beats out menchies and yogurty's.
They advocate that the quality bump is due to their use of liquid yogurt base rather than the powdered base that some other joints use. The toppings are comparable in quality to Menchies.
They have a set of 4 dispensers which serve 2 individual flavours with a fusion dispenser between the two. 3 of the dispensers are fixed flavours, but the fourth varies each week based on facebook input! This sets them apart from menchies which rotates flavours as well, but doesn't ask for customer input.
My only issue is that they don't carry a peanut butter flavour yet to match menchies. =( hopefully they start carrying it soon!
They have a loyalty card which I have yet to redeem.
