I wish I could put no stars!!! My son is interested in drawing lessons and we finally found one in our area. So we drove there to get info and to start him in classes right away. We sit and wait because there is a sign that says please wait in the reception area until your instructor is ready for you. I can hear the class that is finishing up, so we wait. When the people walk out we wait for someone to help us, meantime the entire time we were waiting a man instructor came by and looked at me twice and never said a word. So we wait. Then they proceed to have a conversation right in the hallway still ignoring us. Then the woman instructor starts taking out trash bags and cleaning while saying" well since it's just us two here, I'll clean up a little while you finish with your student". He says his student is ok and they keep chatting like we're not there. By now I'm furious and I want to leave but my son wants to wait because he is anxious to learn, so we wait and they both glance our way 2 more times and I jump up to leave! Why????!!!! Not professional at all!!! And I don't want to pull the race card but that's what it felt like! So disappointed in this establishment!!!
