The concept of good customer service largely has disappeared from Farm & Fleet. Be weary if you are a young female shopper and need help in the auto and tire department. You will be ignored, treated dismissively and taken advantage of. Worse, the store and chain management really are content with setting and adhering to low standards. Our family includes three generations of now-former Farm & Fleet customers. We'll not set foot in Farm & Fleet again.
