I rented a unit in mid July of 2017 and upon inspecting the unit before signing the lease that I had to wait an additional week for, The unit was painted be amateurs. No one uses painters tape. AC vent levers painted over so you can't adjust the vents. None of the bedroom doors were cut appropriately so they don't close at all. 3 on time rent payments to sorrento villas and I still don't have repairs to my unit. My AC unit in my hallway actually leaks all day and drips on our heads upon walking trough the hallway. The trash situation is out of control. Trash at your door everyday! Trash bins all across the parking lot. Trash thrown everywhere at your door, on the walkway, at your car doors under your car. The excuses that you get are abundant. The maintenance are swapped out replaced and fired every single day. They use a temporary agency and actually employ people with felonies that they allow in tenants units with permission to enter. The few times they do send maintenance they don't actually fix things they let you talk about it take notes and promise to return on a later date and don't actually return. They keep saying they have emergencies but with the turnover change each day they will never catch up. I do not recommend anyone renting here. It's loud, trash filled and the staff are all
Completely incompetent. There's always someone to take your rent but need to fix any issues. Stay clear you've been warned. Look elsewhere for a nice place to live. Don't let the beautifully remodeled leasing office fool you. Your unit will be outdated and the craftsmanship is not there.
