i have only been a member of this gym for a little less than a month and this is the worst experience i have ever had. i am cancelling my membership. i signed up for the trainer part of the membership and i changed my mind and wanted to cancel it because of financial reasons. well even though i wrote a letter of cancellation the money was taken out of my account making me overdraw. got it fixed but the very next week they took the money out AGAIN making me overdraw again. i had to put a stop payment with the bank. pay another nsf fee. the gym assured me that this part of my membership was cancelled.
well low and behold one more week later and the money was taken out AGAIN for a third time so now i get to deal with that and go to the bank hope they can stop payment and refund nsf fee again!!
nice gym but DEFINITELY NOT WORTH MY TIME.
