Penny is simply the best. There's no one that even comes close. Its amazing how she always takes the time to make everything just perfect no matter how busy she gets. And she's great with the animals and knows the personalities of each and every dog and cat that comes in. She's truly the animal whisperer. I took my Australian Shepherd to Penny for years, back when her shop was on Buffalo. Everytime I'd come to pick him up, he would always have his coat looking beautiful and flashy like a show dog. And I could always tell that he had a great time because he'd always come out with a big smile on his face. Penny is special, highly recommend.
