I have mixed feelings on this museum. The museum itself is really good. Lots of exhibits. You could spend the better part of a day in this museum. I was unimpressed with the employees though. When I purchased my ticket, the cashier didn't have much to say to me about the museum and clearly was trying to move me along as quick as possible. I noticed other guests walking away with a map, but my cashier did not give me a map or any directions on how to start my tour. I found a map and figured out how to begin the tour. I got a little turned around with the exhibits, but eventually found all of them. When I left I noticed they were selling pictures that were taken in the museum. No one had taken my picture and I was alone so I was interested in purchasing a picture. I inquired at the photo desk where I could have the picture taken. The lady told me "they took it when you came in." I mentioned that no one had taken my picture, but she didn't really respond to that. I walked around a little to see if I could find the photographer, but I didn't find one anywhere. I was a little disappointed to not be able to have a picture from this experience, but realized it was more their lose and my gain because I ended up saving money. When I left the parking garage, I realized when I entered there had been a sign about needing to have the parking pass validated in order to get the discounted rate. I didn't see any information about that at the hall of fame. Luckily the man at the booth was very kind and ended up giving me the discount based on an extra receipt and my wrist band.
