If I could give this place a zero rating I would!!!! This was the worst experience in a "professional atmosphere" I've ever encountered!!!!! The owner was incredibly disrespectful and kicked us out before we even got our couples massage because we were trying to use a Groupon I had purchased. She was VERY VERY offensive and swore at me over and over!! She even followed me out of the building and threw her towel at me then picked it up and wiped her butt with it saying "here's your Groupon" all while screaming and swearing and calling me names. Full public display of her unprofessionalism and ridiculous attitude! DO NOT waste your time or money patronizing this awful facility!!! She should be shut down and never be allowed to treat people in such a piss poor manner!! I would never recommend this place to an enemy! All her other reviews are exactly the same- negative, terrible, racist and shameful! Rude and stressful experience and horrible owner!!!!!! Save yourself and go elsewhere if you really want to destress and feel good not feel worse after leaving fairmount massage!
