Love this company. I came home late one Friday night in the summer to a very hot house with a broken a/c. These folks sent somebody out to try a d fix it and even though he did not press me to buy a new system as he was not the sales guy, it was obvious I should at least look into it.
The next morning I had a sales guy come to my house and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of - he was very friendly, honest and gave me many options to chose from including the original option of just fixing my old unit.
I bought a new a/c and the I stall could not have been smoother and faster - they were in and out all within about 4-hours which also included ripping out and plugging up a very old evaporative cooler.
