This doesn't allow zero stars or I would have given zero stars. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a service center in my entire life. I made an appointment for oil change and arrived at the scheduled time. I was greeted by a very rude "manager" who informed me that ,I didn't have an appointment. He said " you didn't make an appointment" he should have said. " sorry your appointment must not have been imputed in the system." Why would I go and lie about that? I waited 3 hours to return and was told my charge would be $49 . I said first off , the coupon I presented said $17.95 plus a $4 service fee. He said that's with an appointment. Wow . I then pointed to a sign stating . Today oil change $17.95 plus $4 service fee. The "manager " then tells me . "That sign should not be there. " I was totally blown away by the fact that, he was so adamant and he was in no way going to honor the coupon or the sign. He grabbed the keys out of my hand and thought he was going to hold them for some reason. I was fast enough to grab them back and figured I would just go to management tomorrow and report the insistent. He called mall security and told them I was acting up. They are not real police and had nothing they could do so I left. I am going to make sure that I follow up with the owners of the franchise , and I will get satisfaction. It's not the money it's the principal . DO NOT GO TO SEARS FOR AUTO REPAIRS
