I enjoyed being able to pick up the key to look at the home we were interested in renting but unfortunately that was about it that I liked/enjoyed. The process is decent but when you are applying with a co-applicant they want BOTH applicants to make 3 times the rent, unless you're married. This stipulation should be adjusted considering when people are applying with a co-applicant they are doing so to save money, help each other and probably are rooming with someone they are close too or a family member. We were told they only count married couples income as one (guess they don't know married people leave each other daily) but when co-applicants/roommates apply it applies individually. From other companies that I've spoken with about this same topic they've also sated they count both incomes as one even if they are roommates.
