If I could give no stars I would, honestly super disappointed with my hair cut this time around. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY JASON, orJosh or whatever his name is. I went in last week on Friday to get a trim on my hair that was way past my butt, and when I went in I was rudely greeted by a girl who acted like she didn't want to be there, from there I went to what's his name and sat in the chair. I explained to him I wanted light layers, a side bang and maybe 3 inches off my hair to get the dead stuff off. He agreed but never washed my hair, he told me that he didn't want to deal with my tangles if he washed it. Then as the cut went on, he continued to insult other stylists and brag about how good he was and That this salon works him to hard. When the cut was done he started to curl my hair, it looked decent after the curl was there and I could t really see what damage was done to it, but the next day when I woke up and washed my hair I noticed my bangs were straight across and not blended into my other hair, my length was half way up to my back now and completely uneven. I went back in to tell them and they apologized and sent me to Kimmie who was fantastic, but Kimmie had to cut two more inches off of the 6 that he had already taken in order to get my hair even and accurate. I was really hoping they would refund my money due to how bad the cut and experience was but all they could do for me was fix it and give me 2$ off my next cut! Kimmie and the other ladies are great, and one bad apple could really ruin their reputation, not to mention there lack of taking care of an unsatisfied customer that came in with long hair, wanted to keep her said long hair and now had mid length hair... very disappointing
