I referred more than 10 friends and family to this gym location, and I regret doing so. I was overseas for family emergency and wasn't able to cancel my little sister gym membership, and they would not refund me the annual fee even though she will not be continuing to go to the gym because of health issue. Side note, we've been been paying for more than a year even thou she's been there for only a month. Very bad customer service. I will tell my family to cancel their membership to this gym and signed up to LVAC or other gym in town. Gym equipment are great, same with most of the gym out there but the employee are not very understanding. The management needs better education with customer satisfaction. When the time comes and my sister is ready to go back to the gym. She will never sign up with EOS
