I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday, they sent a baker out to assist me he told me the price would be $230 for everything I asked for, when I picked it up there were things on the cake I never asked for, and it was missing things I ask for, so I told the worker which was dumb and acted like she didn't know anything but was supposedly the manager, she was rude and not once apologized for their mistakes, she called someone on the phone and came back and told me that I was actually suppose to pay $300 and that my cake was hard to make, they couldn't take responsibility for their mistakes, they don't care about there customers at all, their cupcakes are dry and their cakes are also, not worth the money at all, they fool u with all the decor but that doesn't compensate for there gross deserts, their macarons are hard as a rock also, waste of money. I told the so call manager that they should of contacted me to tell me they couldn't put everything on my cake that they agreed to put and gave me a call like any normal business would've , the girl I dealt with was rude and I would never go back or send any of my friends or family.
