Bakery and deli items are from frozen packs nothing is fresh other than the produce. Deli doesn't even make the meals it's pre packed ingredients that give you the illusion of fresh. Bakery products are flash frozen in as well as the "grass fed meat" made it same grinder as crap meat and gross trim but it's still grass fed right just with other non grass fed also. Turning expiring sliced meats into sanwhich meats to get an extra 2 days and feeeding to public as healthy. New fred Myer.
