We dealt with a gentleman by the name of Evan and he was excellent. He may be the owner. We purchased two Natuzzi rugs for our living room and it's so soft and high in quality. We negotiated the prices and he was reasonable.
The reason for the 5 stars is because of Evan's integrity. We had put a deposit and paid in full a week later when we went back to pick up the rugs but he had mistakenly overcharged me $200. I didn't notice this mistake until a few days later and called him. He immediately apologized and refunded the $200.
We would definitely revisit this store when we furniture shop.
